Leadership in a Peer Group: Lessons of Lodore

Ever been on a trip that was a lot harder than you expected? Nick Kot, the incoming Safety Chair of Poudre Paddlers, plus other members of the fated trip will tell the story of a 2021 Gates of Lodore trip that proved challenging. Teresa Gryder (LCCC Safety Chair) and perhaps a few Hoofers from the audience will help us sort through some components and challenges of leadership on the river.
